This beautifully renovated traditional mansion is situated in a quiet position on a hilltop overlooking vineyards and the quaint village of Megalochori, with the Aegean Sea in the distance. It is just a 50 meter walk down to the lovely village square with its tasteful restaurants. A leisurely 10 minutes stroll from the village leads to a lovely unspoiled Caldera path, perfect for hiking & marvelling at magnificent vistas of the Volcano & sunset. The main town of Fira is 6 km away, and Akrotiri and the best beaches on the island are within easy reach.
Entrance to the property leads you straight into a cobbled courtyard, handmade by local craftsmen. There is an extravagant infinity swimming pool with sundeck & lounge area, made entirely of volcanic rock, which is lit up in a dramatic fashion during the evening, offering an unforgettable experience to the guests of this mansion.
- The villa is on two floors, with a kitchen on each floor, and is connected by an outside stone flight of stairs. There is a living area on the first floor, and large terraces furnished for relaxing and dining outdoors with panoramic views over the surrounding countryside.

The magnificent master bedroom on the ground floor has a domed ceiling, while the first floor bedroom has views overlooking vineyards on one side and the Aegean Sea on the other. The first floor interiors are delightful, with original wooden floors and many windows making for a bright and airy ambience.
